Eboneé Knight, technician
Eboneé (Eb-O-Nae) is a young pharmacy technician who has been with us since January of 2020. She recently graduated from Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication. She has worked as a certified pharmacy technician for the past five for multiple pharmacies in the Baltimore area and plans on continuing in the pharmacy path that she created for herself when she was only 19. Eboneé is great with people and technology, and while she is a valuable asset to Capital Compounding in the area of customer service, our goal is to get her in the lab soon because she has a keen eye and attention to detail. Eboneé is very active in her community and takes on leadership roles in her various service organizations. In her free time, she enjoys taking photos and traveling to different trails around the state to workout.

Rufin Sime, Technician
Rufin Sime was a student of civil engineering who felt compelled to enter the medical field and improve healthcare. Rufin moved to Maryland from Cameroon in 2001, when he started his own successful medical transportation company which served DC, MD, and VA. Helping individuals has always been his motivation, and even still, Rufin is studying IT, database programming, and Amazon Web Services with his wife to find ways to better connect patients and their medical information with their healthcare providers. Rufin has a passion for pharmacy and learning how to create new formulations, and he aspires to go to pharmacy school in the future to further progress in his journey. He is a valued member of the Capital Compounding team, saying “the healing and joy of our patients are our strength and focal points.”
