1. Agreement to Terms

By opting into the Messaging Service, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Messaging Service.

2. Messaging Program Description

Capital Compounding, Inc. offers its subscribers SMS messages to provide important updates, notifications, and other relevant communications.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Expect to receive 2 messages per month.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges that may apply.

5. Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages from Capital Compounding, Inc., reply with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You acknowledge and agree that you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.

7. Carriers Supported

Our Messaging Service is available with all major U.S carriers.

8. Prohibited Content

Messages will not contain content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, or any other content as prohibited by the CTIA guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

Capital Compounding, Inc. reserves the right to alter these terms occasionally. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers, and continued use of the service post-changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.

10. Liability

Capital Compounding, Inc. is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to the service provided by the mobile operator.
